Chiron created the IOU© (Inside-Outside-Under) Suite after realizing operators and decision makers had a serious technology gap impacting mission. Until the IOU Suite there was no fused synthetic model representing the combination of the “inside” of the target area’s CAD/CAM plans with the geospatial “outside” 2D and 3D GIS of the target, and the “under” ground infrastructure such as utilities, power, IT, networks, etc. The three disciplines were stove-piped.
Our fused data sets can be visualized in any major COTS or GOTS tool – from million dollar gaming engines to commodity gaming platforms. The 4D component – time – is easy to visualize to track a structure’s progress. This IOU© Suite has proven its value for a diverse customer set ranging from Architectural & Engineering firms to large-scale event planners to warfighters.
